Advanced therapies and procedures do incur a limited fee -
Pricing is steeply discounted in order to cover the cost of supplies, medications and lab/pathology samples
Access to near-wholesale discounts:
*For procedures involving a medication (ie Botox, contraceptive device) - we will work with a local pharmacy to obtain the medication using your insurance if available. I will not bill insurance for my portion of the services. These expenses are eligible for HSA/FSA reimbursement. By request, for procedures, I will provide an invoice so you may request out of network reimbursement from your insurance company. Those who have Medicare/Medicaid may not legally request reimbursement.
